China's entire culture (and the cultures of surrounding countries as well, mind you) have this... nature of appreciation of simplicity and practicality (It's related to doaism or something I think) baked into their cultures due to being relatively safe for a long time, even if only by the grace of convenience, from the influence of the jewish people... that is until recently. Jews have very carefully crafted American culture to be, like, obsessed with race and ignoring the truths in their lives related to race. This cognitive disonnance induced through media and cultural manipulation was most importantly and primarily, to serve as the leash on white people to make them more compliant through cultural means.

The moment computers became a thing, this is what shifted in their (China/China's proximity including RussiaLOL, various eastern countries like Singapore, Dubai, etc...) favor btw lol. This was effective in the beginning but as culture in America has aged, and therefore demanded more nuance, Jew's strictness on culture became intolerable. So bottom line China is gonna win as OP's picture suggests because they actually made AI that isn't retarded and tested it on a massive scale, while the west saw the AI say racist (but true) things and deformed it lol
