It most certainly isn't CPU limited at every setting, and with every GPU.

So you think a GPU that would be weak enough to benefit from dlss in helldivers 2 would be paired with a CPU that would be powerful enough to handle the extra overhead that comes with dlss? a 9800x3d paired with what, a 1060?
