And yes, you guessed right. But what is the explanation of this phenomenon? Does modern technology and staying away from nature causes this mental illness? Or the mental illness causes the latter? Because I don't go digging for the mentally ill, but they appear everywhere in this realm. And this incidence only made me remember it, this isn't a hate thread, but rather I'm trying to understand (so don't ban me again!).

Not just in this matter, modern technology causes a lot of illness, this is just one of them. Even if you go back in time the "nerds" and "geeks" of the past were also kind of weird, not normal humans, we can also say that comparing today's people with the past's. This days the kids that grew up in the modern world are kind of retarded, and it will only get worse.

And the opposite I find with "nerds" that go /out/ and live a natural life, but the effect of the modern world isn't absent from them.

In the end, are we digging our own graves for the sake of "convenience" of the modern world? I don't hate the convenience, but what I hate is the isolation from the real world, living in a synthetic incomplete world. You can easily have the technology (not the modern one, but the machines et al) that is compatible with nature, but we don't because that wouldn't be beneficial for the oligarchy.

Is going innawoods in Kaczynski's style the only solution, or is it adding /g/ to /out/ ?

The phenomenon you are describing isn't caused by technology per se, but by social isolation or loneliness. Human beings are not made to be isolated and lonely for too long; read, for example, something written by Giacomo Leopardi or Bukowski. both lived in isolation for much of their lives for one reason or another (Leopardi was crippled). You will see how miserable they are.
Now take the lifestyle of a modern man, for whom it is normal to be alone: how much time does he interact sincerely with another person in front of him? Can technology ever replace real human interactions?
TLDR; now it is normal to be alone so mental illness spiked.

It's not so much the sake of convienence that causes it, that's merely the end goal, it's the self interested ways that lack foresight that everything is based off of that are causing almost every facet of society to collapse on itself. You can have modern technology and be "compatible with nature", however it's used against you and everyone else so you don't.

He wasn't lonely or isolated in the materialistic sense, but the opposite, and his environment ENCOURAGED him and SUPPORTED him for being a tranny. "not the modern one" because what we call "technology" isn't a creation of yester-century, but it always existed, only this time is ubiquitous because of the industrial revolution and globalism of today. The difference it is now held by selfish "people" only using it for their advantages, regardless of the consequences.

For example: Medicine existed from the beginning of mankind, relying on natural substances that are 100% aligned with our bodies, yet today we rely solely on synthetic medicine that may work but will always give you some after effects, because the pharma industry needs you always sick.

Creations these days aren't weighted on the scale of the benefit of mankind, but the benefit of the pocket of the rich. Thus instead of our life getting better by every creation, it gets worse but makes the rich richer.

Unnatural environments creates more unnaturality, making the problem bigger with time like a snowball.

I think it is just that the sort of people who excel at technological related stuff are also very susceptible to weird fetishistic and delusional behavior. From the outside it looks like there are also a lot of troon pro gamers and speedrunners.
Why the correlation? Well all these groups are probably heavily online and live much of their life virtually. They take the ways of being online (where you can change who you are with a new screen name and profile pic and etc etc) and reify it irl.
All this is to say that I do not think computers make you gay or whatever, but rather that the processes of technification and enfaggotization share motive forces.
