it's better to organize the incoming e-mails into folders. I have script that handle most mundane stuff, like internal company mails or slack messages. the rest I manually sort once every 2 weeks. I get around 10-20 emails a day (not counting slack) which can get kinda huge if you don't sort it regularly.
