It's like trying to turn people against Social Media. Even if they believe that it hurts them it's still the easiest way for them to access entertainment, news, and other people. So they keep using it. AI is the easiest way to get an answer to a question, get a custom picture, create a "gif".
The only escape is to create something that's even more low effort. This is what VR/AR glasses are supposed to be: always "on" tech that has no friction.
