I love OG Lan's box art but that wasn't enough for me to buy it, especially after being really disappointed with Chu IIs. That and also in the end I'm not a fan of bright, bright-neutral tunings. Lan 2's box is still nice but I like the og better.

Same driver, yes. All planar IEMs uses the same 14mm driver from the same manufacturer.

The T10 Pro is better designed so the frequency response in smoother. This means you don't have to fiddle with EQ as much. Less large peaks and valleys.

Usually they tune them with tuning foam and mesh filters (not the one on the nozzle in T10 it's so low density that it probably does fuckall to the sound, but the one on the back of the driver). I believe T10 uses both. So they may change density of the mesh or density and/or volume of tuning foam.

I caved and bought another salnotes zero after losing my old one. It was like $14, I just miss the neutral sound.

The gate is almost perfect but the cymbals sound weird on a few songs. I thought the Zero had "just enough" bass. I guess if I don't like it as much as I used to, at least the ear tips that come with it are good.

Yes I'm pretty sure KZ has their own planar. So yes technically, there's several of them out there (there's also a 12mm used by Letshuoer for example). But I think whatever is used by Kiwi Ears, 7hz, Artti and Letshuoer is the same product, and then KZ makes theirs and it wouldn't surprise me if that's what SGOR uses too.

So there's two tiers of planar drivers. But you won't find a better driver than the one in the Artti T10.

I've read people's thoughts (who owns both) and they all say the comfort is better on the Pro version. If this is true for you personally, only you can know that once you try them. No two ears are the same. So you might find that the T10 is more comfy for you.

All we can conclude is that the shells and nozzles on the original T10 and the Pro version are NOT the same. So if you've tried the T10 and it was uncomfortable, that does not guarantee that the T10 Pro will be.
