Looks like an Lenovo ideapad chassis.
Had this exact laptop 15" 1080p 512GB, 4GB soldered, 1 ram slot, ryzen 3 5300u, 391$(after 23% VAT tax, like 2022 dollars).
Generally the screws fall down on their own.
You unscrew the laptop, replace the SSD/RAM with a bigger one and the chassis screws keep on falling out.

In the end I bought a thinnkpad t14 gen 3.
That form factor is waaaay more comfortable to use and type on(I'm 175cm).
