How they come about, how they get produced, how they get distributed.
It's all very different between nation. They all roughly step to the same goal, but in different ways, and more importantly, in different weights and time scales.
It's not as simple as saying "America has coffee too", it's not convincing (at least to me) that we're doing the right thing.
