How do I go about replicating this?

I'm using Figma, trying to avoid clogging it up with a million plugins and whatnot.
I know I can overlay a picture with noise but couldn't I just do it on the shape layer itself?

What are the advantages of:
• Colored rectangle -> add effect
vs.
• Colored rectangle -> dupe it one layer above -> effects/overlay/blending mode: lighten or overlay
vs.
• Colored rectangle -> plugin and/or png with noise

Besides noise, is there a discrete blur or anything else used?
Is there texture used?

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like only noise is used. And based on the pattern it looks like Figma, unless my eyes are tricking me.

For the noise inside Figma I've been playing around with the noise size, density, color (and the color's opacity), but I just can't seem to get the exact same result.

Figma now has a noise effect built in. You can also export it.

They have used a tiling noise texture over a hero colour.

Yeah, I know. If you see: >>460308, it's at the bottom left part. I just ripped it from their code on the site.

I'm trying to reproduce it without that png layer.

Either it's:
shape, add effects Noise
(size 2, density 100, color FFFFFF 13% opacity)
OR
shape
dupe shape over with (size 2, density 100, color FFFFFF 13% opacity)

Best I could do. Play with the blur and noise colours.

Noise
Type: Duo
Density 80%
Colours 4F50FF, 5757FF 100%

Layer blur: Uniform 1

Optional Texture Size 24 Radius 2

If it's for a website you are better off with the tiling texture though.

Found it finally:

1. Rectangle, Fill #2B28FF

2. EFFECTS:
Noise:
• Duo
• Noise size: 3
• Density: 75%
• Colors:
FFFFFFF 20% opacity
FFFFFFF 15% opacity

Layer Blur:
• Uniform
• 2

This is the closest I'm getting.
