Am I doing something wrong?

Started a side business for fun since, i dont really need the money, although im putting effort on it.
Now, i had the idea to make the best social media i could, im willing to spend money on it. So everytime i see some interesting art, 3d art, photo, edit, i try to contact the person and ask if they could replicate that for my ad, ofc i can pay (important detail).

This looked like a good deal on paper, since i could help people who (in theory) should be struggling with money because muh AI muh economy also i could get to know and talk to these people who i enjoyed their work in the first place.
Now, i think i tried to contact 30+ people last week and got nothing. By no mean im trying to get freebies or lowball these artists. People just dont bother replying to me or dont know who much to charge. I say "oh, so do i know how a pro would charge, we can start with that" and they follow with some shitty excuse to ghost me.

Shouldnt it be straight foward? and btw im not trying to sell guns or sex toys, nor i have controversial posts on my social media. My products could even be advertised to kids, no problem.

You just have to be smart about it, I was reading a reddit post about a guy making 20k per month with an onlyfans clone, he had to pay people to message girls on instagram 24/7 and he had to first leave positive comments on their photos and then send DMs ASKING for brand recommendations on the clothing they were using, I think he said something like out of 1000 dms he send per week only 80 replied back and out of those only like 10 accepted a deal, and that's him offering them a lot of money up front.

Also have you tried discord? is probably way easier to make a deal there

I'm in the same boat. Scrolling IG, finding people to try to sell, or even just make graphic designs for. a lot of the time, no replies and that's just how people move these days I guess. Better safe than sorry, might think I am a bot. They'd probably rather not get scammed then take a risk.

I want to make things for someone! I have a lot of time on my hands these days, I use CorelDraw and Sony Vegas. With the graphic designs, I usually do line art, different to the art you posted some days ago, but I am not limited to..
