it's nasty anon i'm sorry
you need:
1) better tools (you've got aliasing everywhere)
2) a nicer gradient (especially keep in mind the contrast, your current becomes way darker in the middle)
3) a good font, calibri is uh, uhhhhhhh
4) honestly you want to just make a bunch of versions maybe ask people which they like more
