>>28983746There are various branches of study when it comes to karmic energy. Karma-yoga for instance, is the branch concerned specifically with cleanliness and the manifestation of bad illnesses as a result of not doing so. Kriyamana-karma concerns present decisions and how they effect the future. Both of these are at play here.
Homeless people who come to haunt a public space and treat it as their drug den, pose a lot of problems to the people around them, many of which people have already mentioned here, and this constitutes the karma-yoga, although on a collective scale.
On the other hand, being caught doing any of what is being seen in these videos, whether or not justified, could get any of these individuals in deep shit, either socially or legally. this is the kriyamana-karma aspect of things.
Where vedic teaching would take it from there, is to observe the words himsa and ahimsa. They vaguely translate to harm and non-harm, however, what actually delineates the two, is ahimsa is where a person or people's mind(s) are used to their fullest, to determine what results in the least amount of harm to the least amount of people. Where this line of enquiry takes you is not straight forward, and some of the less compassionate comments in this thread might actually owed the benefit of the doubt for someone actually practicing detachment, and following Vedic teachings.
