What I'd suggest is going to the gym.
A mixture on resistance(weight) exercises, and cardio. Lean more on the resistance if you want to reshape your body(your muscle growth will help you build your "assets", and with some fat on top they'll look more plump than lean)
Start off small, 3x a week, then try and get yourself going 5x a week and aim to hit legs and glutes at least twice. Fix your diet up. Especially if you intend to take it up the ass, you'll want to be clean up there.
What your diet becomes is relative to what your current body shape is vs where you want to be. I.e am I building wait, or shredding it?
After you commit to this for 3 months you'll see noteable progress, you just have to keep going from there. No excuses!
