You have the right shaped head to shave it and rock tf out of it. That or keep whats on the sides shorter than the top for a more modern look. Your face is shaped nicely too; any insecurity you may have probably comes from the somewhat dated haircut. Overall you have it; its just having the confidence to realize it.

Cleanliness matters, even if you live alone, especially if you have a spouse and friends. Keep a trash can nearby and don't leave numerous cups, containers, chip, whatever sprawled all over your home. Either clean little by little throughout the day or schedule time to do it in one go. And smoke outdoors so the cigarettes don't leave a greasy, hard to clean film on your walls and bedding. Consider switching to Zyn.

decent midface ratio, bad fwhr, your philtrum is too short, your lips are too narrow and thin, jaw is too narrow, good eye seperation ratio, eye area is not bad, skin is pretty ok, your hair is a huge flaw though, alot of grey hair, bald(ing)... you could lose some fat, i would guess youre at like 16-18% bodyfat
