when the old one dies, usually hitting the limit of allowed posts(usually because there is a chance of it naturally not getting bumped enough and dying but ive never seen that happen to the trans thread lmao), anyone can create a new one, if theres an active one, dont. if you dont see it, you can create your own, copy/paste the name and post 3 to get the thread going, and for short form trans porn there are billions of telegram chanels, and other imageboards!
