What are your thoughts on the current state of the board?
How do you feel about it ever since it got cut down to 5 pages without even a tiny bump in the size limit?
And for the tourists using this as just another porn site, howโd you even end up here?
>>29238912 (OP)Personally, I use it for porn and non porn stuff. I find the fact that they cut it down to 5 pages pretty annoying since most threads get archived somewhat fast it feels like. Because of the constant gay/bbc/ai threads, a lot more niche porn threads don't stay up long at all. Sorta feels like /gif/ was paced very similarly to /wsg/ before these changes and i preferred that. Kinda wish porn webms and gifs had there own board. We've gotten to the point where /gif/ basically has the exact same set of issues as /b/
either give to /wsg/ same cooldown as /gif/ and higher image limit on /wsg/ or give /gif/ higher post count per thread.
Or both, but currnet state of both boards is in a gridlock.

I feel as though we are moving at the same speed as /v/ with how fast some threads can get bumped off if you are not paying close attention especially depending on the time sometimes your thread can last up to like 3+ hours without a reply but sometimes its less than an hour...
the death of this board is the amount of spam coordinated by a foreign group (on discord or whatever) that has nothing better to do in their lives (or are payed for it).
jannies do nothing as usual and i noticed a sharp decline in the userbase, they are so sick of the spam that they moved to greener pastures.
i don't mind the porn but /gif/ was also meant to share other types of videos/gifs than porn.
and obviously the thread limit doesn't seem to work, except making slower threads (higher quality usually) disappear faster.
shit sucks right now, we'd need an AI that can auto-detect the spam and auto rangeban the spammers or something.
i just come here for porn occasionally, have been for over a decade
this board is insane, how do you end up with a culture like this with literally dozens of threads about race and/or trannies at all times? no other porn forums turn into this
