Here's a free tip, render the videos as 1440p, as YouTube bitrate starves the fuck out of videos at 1080p or below. Compressions is going to fuck your setup up, so less compression is more ideal.
Doesn't matter if original hentai is 720p or whatever, it's not for the sake of the resolution, but the bitrate.
Other than that, it looks like your setup doesn't know how to cut the blocks accurately, hence the gigantic gaps everywhere. Shouldn't be that hard to fix.
