I know you asked for RPG games in specific, but if you're willing to go into the no-gameplay land of visual novels, then I suggest you check out Guilty. In order for VN porn to exist, they have to carve out their own niches and stick to it like their lives depend on it cause they do.

And Guity's entire schtick is taking innocent young girls, and turning them into sluts via the strategic application of rape. Almost all of their games are focused on that idea, and the only ones that are not are from their subsidiary Nightmare brand that instead focus on magical girls getting used as sex toys by demons and tentacle monsters until they like it.

It's text based but Degrees of Lewdity is somewhat similar
