I've occasionally searched for this for a good 15+ years now. Casual sex while doing other things (including fighting) has been one of my weird fetishes that predates "free use" even being a thing. This fetish is why free use even exists, and still to this day it is quite rare.

I think I recall an ecchi where the main girl is a sweet wrestler, she's trying to be nice to her opponent but her buddy sends a nasty letter and the opponent goes hard but she still wins.
