It's in the right side menu under "language", just change it to the top option. You have to pre-translate the request since it'll expect Japanese text, but otherwise it's straightforward. If you don't remember what everything says just use google translate on your phone or have it open in English in another browser, but it's hard to get lost.

If it was rejected by the management and the artist wasn’t able to see your request due to it going straight to review, I’ve just resent the request with modifications. I’ve once altered a request 4 times until they finally the management finally approved it.

If you got a notification that you violated their policies and were given a warning not to do this again, then yeah, better drop it unless you can change it entirely because I’ve gotten 2 consecutive strikes by trying to resend something with alterations. This also penalizes the artist and makes them not likely to want to take a reworked version of your request

Seems like you get more in trouble if your request isn’t auto detected by the filter (thus not sent to management for review) and gets sent. If the artist approves the request and skeb finds a problem with your request days later (even before the artist has a chance to work on it), you and the artist both get penalized. Yeah it’s like a virtual (well there’s a physical option too but that doesn’t really matter here) debit card that counts as a Visa or MasterCard card as far as I understand it. So theoretically I should be able to apply for one and have it count as a Visa / MC card for sites that only support those options
