Europe already has been "united", it's called the European Union.
The net effect was giving turks, refugees, and other immigrants free movement all over europe. Also everyone speaks english now, LGBT-ism has penetrated everywhere, and all of the old european cultures have been destroyed.

Europeans may talk about nationality, but not about whiteness. Even in debates about immigration, Europeans focus on religious differences, not skin color alone.
