Why is brazil so painfully mediocre?
They're the biggest but they're literally NEVER the best at anything in latin america (except attention whoring in a foreign language on foreign websites like 4chan)

I'd say they are a little more than mediocre. Their cultural exports are visible but just less integrated into political spheres than Argentina.

I'm from Chile, and my country is even more mediocre. We're not even black, we're brown, but for some reason, everyone here is so pale, myself included, maybe because it's always cloudy even in the north (remember our north is a literal desert), we have 0 pride in our country, we hate south america but we hate the first world too, but we hate in such a lazy way we never do anything about anything, sometimes we chimp out but then nothing happens, this is literally the nothing ever happens country, at least argentina, peru brasil, they have a strong identiy, a strong culture, it's easy to make fun of them because they're so recognizable, but in Chile we don't really have a strong culture, everyone here is mestizo, we're not aboriginal, we're not white, we're nothing, and most faggots I know have a low iq, nobody cares about profound problems, nobody wants to move forward
I think that's why some Europeans like this place, it's not because this is a safe country, it's because you can come here when you're running away from something, and no one will ever bother you, we're too lazy to do anything
