Apparently the prigonal finns were european hunter gatherers. Then the indo europeans moved in. Then there was a big change where they learned and adopted a uralic language. A Asian language. And the y dna shows alot of asians dna. So did they get cucked by siberians? Something else?

Finns descend from like a dozen people who lived 2000 years ago.
It can't be known how many of them had haplogroup N based on modern variance. Un-Finnish tribes from the East Ladoga like Ludics(0% Finnish admixture) have up to 60% R1a despite supposedly being more pure than Finns. That's more than modern Balto-Slavs.
Although even with 60% R1a they would have a ratio of N to Siberian admixture that's about 300% or more so it doesn't entirely remove the fact that Balto-Slavs got cucked by Mongs.

There's a difference between ethnic Finns and non-Finns who speak Uralic languages.
Ethnic Finns carry distinct bottlenecked paternal lines, I1 being one of them and Finland-specific subclades of N1c being others.
These eastern peoples have not a single drop of Finnish ancestry.
