Yes, he was saying they just used those images in propaganda because they were common physical features in Germany. Hitler himself said in Mein Kampf that the Nordic German was superior to other Germans. He basically just reads David Irving books written in the 1970s and then make videos on them while cleverly repackage everything as some sort of secret undiscovered lore which makes chuds throw money at him.
