There's a hadith in which an early muslim describes seeing prophet Muhammad being "ridden" by zutt men (which is a medieval muslim term for jat, an ethnic group from pakistan). The zutts are often depicted as black because whoever originally made the meme probably got the tern confused with "zanj", the actual Arabic term for black africans, and also because it's funny.
