You will be super anxious, they'll pierce a nip and it won't be that bad, you lose all the adrenaline and when they pierce the other it's pain beyond comprehension for about 10 seconds. They will catch on seatbelts, doors, and literally anything and you have to consciously be aware of them 24/7 or else you'll get painful tugs. They will show through most shirts so everyone will know and it's likely the scar they leave behind makes it look like a weird rat nose. Get a good piercer, the scarring should be behind the nip and force it out like it's cold outside and they are hard, 24/7. I was never into nips but got them pierced during a quarter life crisis, I enjoy it now and one of them is an instant get horny button linked directly to my cock that my boyfriend abuses on the regular. Took mine out after a year due to healing issues.

I have had mine for about 2 years now. Piercing itself didnt really hurt that much, but the healing was rough(You NEED to wrap it in paper towel and wear a condom for atleast 1 week after it happens, and expect to have it bleed for the first week any time you get an erection).
I'm up to a 4G now, and dont plan on getting any bigger. Sucks that theres like zero twinks who have one who do porn. Cody Cachet had one in a few scenes for helix but it was always a super skinny one(prob. not even 10G) and he never topped with it.
