Nah, sporting women are built like fridges. There's a reason why they gradually phased them out in favor of hot models during SI's peak coombaiting years (and why they brought them back now that they supposedly don't care about pleasing their target audience). You do have a point that SI and similar magazines have been made obsolete by social media though. When it comes to big celebrities like Salma Hayek there's the novelty factor, and it's better than waiting for the occasional paparazzi shots to see them in a bikini, but that's it.

I do miss their golden years though. Used to be a model you liked would always put out their hottest pictures of the year when they posed for Sports Illustrated, and I'd look forward to each issue.
