I know the vast majority of you are just so-so at facial recognition, but I am an autist with an extreme focus on detail. I tried a few of those tests where you try to pick the celebrity vs their doppleganger and got 30/30, 100%. I consider myself an expert and I can see clear as day her face changed entirely within a short period of time. None of the changes were things that occur when women age naturally. I only saw like a half of the show a long time ago, but judging from what I remember I agree with your criticism of Georgina's storyline, I had and still have the feeling that her character served merely as a plot device to stir up trouble when needed, they never really took the time to flesh her out.

Her mom told the police that she was "active" and "lively" the day before, the toxicology test likely showed glucose imbalance, so piecing it together the most likely cause of her death was a cardiovascular event (heart attack or arrhythmia) linked to post-transplant diabetes in her sleep, must have happened suddenly since she wasn't able to call for help.
