Currently I want to draw more of my characters and world so I decided to try and make my own board game revolving around them. This is just a concept as I'm not planning on making this a real thing.
Let me know what you think.

One thing I'm worried about is that people could just stockpile on mana and just spend most of it on moving to the treasure and finish the game early. The vanilla statline for Mana is two, meaning you would average at having eight Mana and thus you can move eight spaces, half of the distance between entrance to treasure.
Once you get your party and cards you're satisfied with, there's little incentive to draw more. So the only reasonable way to do is spend it all on moving.
Potential fixes:
- More cards focusing on traversal, dungeon manipulation, stopping opponents.
- Change the cost of moving to 2 Mana.
- Placing a tile and moving to there are now two seperate actions, recquiring two mana instead of one.
- Enemies become walls for the rest of the turn if you fail to defeat them.
- A movement cap?
