My villain trio:
The Furfag: The big guy has the power to turn people into animals-furry-kemonomimi when he hits them. His dream is becoming a furry himself, Renamon is his waifu and he's developed a tulpa based on her.
Jackalope: She thinks humans created her to be some sort of sex slave so she wants to destroy humanity. The truth is that she's a defective alien bioweapon, but she will never know that. Her powers are mind control through pheromones and breeding monsters but she never uses them.
Don Rabbinni: The little rabbit is an asshole with Napoleonic complex. His power is rabbit creation and manipulation. He's busted as fuck.

And also, if you could, I'd like to hear a hypothetical scenario in which Don Rabbini would utilize his powers (I like the idea of don/mobster characters that occupy fantasy or adventure settings)

Well, the closest thing I have to a "bad guy" is this guy I haven't drawn in the last 2 years, his name is Derek and he's just an asshole
The things he has all over his body are a kind of rubber balls that when you throw them at someone they stick and start to multiply, They devour the skin of their victim and do not stop until there is nothing left of it.
He only uses these powers when he gets really upset with someone, at the end of the day he still has to work and pay his rent

From massive rabbit constructs to sentries or to simply send a bunch of rabid rabbits to bite something to dead. It depends a lot of his adversaries and allies for synergies and counters.

He has a pretty broken power, and he's saved from being an edgy Deviant Art OC because his motivation is extremely simple. I like it.
