It took me four hours to get a satisfactory sketch and did I manage to start inking this one but got frustrated and deleted it.
Is there a point where you feel you’ve wasted too much time on a piece for it to warrant completion?

There’s a lot of second guessing and redoing and fixing errors on there. The linework is easily the most time-consuming part because I’ll realize something is wrong in the underlying sketch and then go back to redo things. Sorry I can’t do everything perfectly the first time like everyone else.

Basically perfectionism and trying to endlessly "fix it"?
Here some basic tips that i can give: >use timer(that will make you faster and think about more important things like silhouette/proportions. 5-10 minutes for sketch is enough) >dont try to "fix it" with eraser or something, just make new layer instead with more cleaner lines >use more longer lines for clean lineart >use more basic shapes(you noticeable chicken scrabble a lot and you're just getting lost at your own work) >don't zoom in too much

I dabble in rabbits and foxes. >>816211
Literally all of them. /ic/, /b/ in the furry threads (but I haven’t posted there in years). The WOYA and OC Donut Steel threads on /co/. Drawing improvement general on /trash/.
