In Japan you won't be hired if you can't draw, it's more important in the anime industry to be a good artist than a good animator, just look up any blog in Japanese about "how to get in the anime industry" They all say it, even manga artists like Masashi Kishimoto and Tatsuki Fujimoto say that animators are better artists than mangaka on average unless the manga guy is someone like Yusuke Murata, but even Murata can animate as well so OP, your thread is useless and a waste of catalog space.

I thought animating required you to be god level at drawing, but seeing good aanimator's single drawings has blackpilled me.
