I get this really badly, heres a few things i did that really helped.
1) do not wear headphones. The noise cancelling in my MX5's were making me really nauseaus, but even with it disabled i still got dizzy. I just listen to music on my speakers, and i do so quietly.
2) this might be less relevant, , but regularly flush your ears out with a hydrogen peroxide mix (just google).
3) use a decent monitor, if you're drawing digitally it might be PWM flicker causing it. It can happen on oleds. Research that, YMMV.
4) If digital, do not draw in complete darkness. Add a lamp behind the screen so that the bright contrast stops killing you.
5) set a timer for 20-25 minutes. Take a 5 minute break away from the screen, walk about and get a drink or something, then go back to it. Increase your time gradually to figure out when the symptoms start, and then decrease the timer time to avoid it and add a break accordingly.
Posture might help, but for me this was the most effective. I have a herman miller chair, so i dont think that was the cause for myself personally. I also occassionally consume things with ginger in them. Good luck anon! Rooting for you.
