I myself am not super well-versed in manga but to wit:
Bukimi Isan (picrel, mangaka of SHY, the premise is also somewhat inspired by MHA as it is based on superheroes)
Horie Ryuu (Horikoshi's former assistant, draws H-manga on the side)

But the art of shy doesn't really look anything like MHA, or at least it doesn't really scream "Horikoshi clone" to me.
And your other example is... a dude who worked/studied under Horikoshi.
Not exactly proving him wrong here. If "every major artist under 30" now "draws exclusively like Horikoshi" then surely you'd have more examples than just that.

I'm not the OP and I don't agree with his assumption that "every major artist" is copying Horikoshi, I just wanted to butt in and list a few that I personally knew since nobody else in the thread was.
