I never had any and had to look up what up what is "smegma" the first time I ever heard about it. The skin on the penis produces a waxy oily secretion over time and if you don't clean under your doodle hood it could build up over time. It isn't a problem for me because it gets rinsed away every time I'm in taking a shower.

The reason why I'm cut is because I was never taught to clean my dick. What should have remained cottage cheese became a huge layer of parmesan that prevented me from cleaning my dick any further.
