Stop memeing yourself, those 12s are expensive because they are becoming rarer than hell.
Specially the 90s ones, they rusted to oblivion and a passable one with AC will cost you a testicle.
Uber fucked up the Corsa prices too.
Our only escape is "3 door" hatchbacks because they can't be used for Uber or Didi.

Brapzilian auto industry is dead all we do is assemble cars for foreign companies and design slightly different versions of existing models for the latin american market.
I mean, we still have local companies, but they're either too small or don't do personal cars.

It's walkable in terms of having shit like bakeries, markets, some sort of clinic and a bar at relative walking distance from home, that already enough for most zilians but any good job, education oportunity or better form of entretainment than drinking untill you pass out requires some commuting time, sometimes too much.
Most of our cities are badly planned, we have basic conveniences everywhere precisely due to the lack of proper planning, shit just pop up where they're needed, but some things follow economies of scale, and the government often builds shit like universities and general hospitals in the middle of nowhere, and so does the private sector with malls and exhibit halls.
