I disagree. I believe nations should be founded on ideological principles, not ethnicity or place of birth. People should be allowed to freely migrate to whichever nation ideologically aligns with them based on the law of that land.
I think implementing a system like this will become much more feasible in the future once we are resource and land-abundant through planetary colonization and terraforming.
