Complete and utter shithole that is getting worse by the day. Literally no other country on earth has a systematic culture of never doing anything right. Latvians are ontologically incapable of anything other than short sighted attempts to defraud the government or scam someone.
We can't maintain our own infrastructure. We can't produce anything of value. Nobody understands how any part of modern civilization works, we just coast on gibs and foreigners solving our problems for us.
