Why do countries like USA, France, Australia, NZ have their fertility rates stabilize a bit over 1.5, while countries in Mediterranean and east Asia just have fertility rates crater?

My theory is that there are some cultural factors in how these places handle family

I donโ€™t see the point in having kids unless my kid becomes famous (for something good not infamous like a serial killer) and/or rich.

Problem is resulting from this:
-Kids are a burden for the individual. Having a kid is putting in a lot of work and a lot of money for no financial return. When you think about it that way, its honestly amazing that developed countries have 1.6 fertility rates.
-However, kids are an asset for society. Population growth drives economic growth.

So we're in a situation where having kids is bad for the individual, but everyone not having kids is bad for society. The solution is for the government to take up the responsibility of rearing and raising kids.

This could be done with technological advancement in artificial womb technology. The solution is for the government to mass produce babies and raise them through a state run orphanage system. This way, the government has control over the number of births, and can set a target, where if natural births are too low, you increase the amount of unnatural births. That is an ideal system.

Incentive to achieve independence early, encouragement to move out of your parents' home early, in the anglosphere the personal credit models allow people to achieve a somewhat apparently sturdy financial footing relatively early.
In med countries, parents don't especially encourage their offspring into moving out early, and living spaces are more often than not incredibly expensive and tiny flats which aren't exactly an incentive to have children. Plus salaries aren't well adjusted to the cost of living and key services are often lackluster, which doesn't help.
In oriental asian countries, the role of the family also plays a big part, as well as the poor material conditions for having children (living in concrete hives because there are just so many of them). They also work a lot and have little spare time, their economic models aren't optimal for starting families.

It's unironically the money given to single mothers. All that extra reproduction in countries like Sweden and New Zealand is driven by the most dysgenic piece of shit single mothers. As far as I know, countries like Spain and Italy don't have that, which is why women decide to just leech off their parents instead and manchild mode it. East Asia likewise just doesn't accept that single-motherhood.

These women own houses worth half a million and get given the same amount of money as a full time wagecuck.

Collectively, we deserve what we get. We're all guilty of letting it happen.
