This is my take on it. Fund more housing, better welfare for the youth, pay of debts etc. by cutting all pensions and healthcare benefits to the elderly. The richest generation in human history does not need government welfare, and if they didn't have a family who loves them enough to care for them in their old age, bummer, they should just pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
