And the thing is, they always expect a tip on top of this mandatory tip. When you go to pay, you'll still have an obnoxious tip popup when you go to pay that takes multiple presses to bypass, and if you're a regular non-extra-tipper, you'll have just as high a chance to have your food spat in or dropped on the floor because you "don't tip".
I never go to restaurants unless it's a social obligation anymore.
