I wonder how much Jews actually exist when you count crypto-Jews. I'm only half-Jewish and there are no public records of my Jewish ancestry, so I don't count as one on the census. My dad is fully Jewish but he fully renounced the religion and ethnic identity and doesn't state either on the census too. So the last Jews of my bloodline that are actually counted as such on the census are my grandparents.

I'm interested on converting to Judaism. I'm trying to learn more about Judaism, but there aren't no synagogues or rabbis here. The community is closed off, and the local Chabad wanted me to become a Noahide instead. So I'm learning on my own for now.

I don't think the Kabbalah is that important. It's just a mystical text. You don't really need it to understand Judaism.

I believe that the Kabbalah can answer questions that judeo-christianity cannot, that's why I am interested.
And you do need judaism you need to be a master of the mosaic law at it's not even close
