I have AC here but it doesn't feel bad to be outside for hours in 90 degree (or "30" degree) weather with high humidity. Haven't lived anywhere outside of my state in the Deep South so I scarcely ever notice such weather. I thought I'd be bothered when I went to the midwest in winter, but it turned out cold weather is also nothing, you just wear the right clothes and it's fine.
