I'm glad I stopped doing drugs ten years ago. That fentanyl shit scares the fuck out of me and they use it to cut everything these days. I wouldn't do drugs today if you paid me

That's why I'm quitting honestly. At least in part, along with no longer wanting to waste my life on the stuff. I'm withdrawing now and am essentially in hell.

Trauma and disgust at society can make you do some crazy things anon. But that being said, yeah I'm lucky that I've never fixed heroin.

Austria, yes Kratom.
But I guess compared to Heroin or alcoholism it's not that serious of an addiction.

kratom is bad news. Am coming down off it now, the withdrawals border on full on opioid withdrawals.

I have withdrawn from it many times, compared to Benzos or Phenibut it's not that bad.
Obviously depends on how much you use though.

I actually used phenibut for withdrawals this most recent time. What are phenibut withdrawals like? Benzo type withdrawal?

For me way worse.
Kratom withdrawals for me are mostly physical like a flu while Phenibut withdrawals were literal psychological torture.
I constantly felt on the edge of a panic attack and was unironically considering checking in to a psych ward.
I guess similar to Benzos, but maybe even worse.
I definitely would consider it more dangerous than Kratom.

It's interesting how certain legal/not seen of as as bad substances can actually give you a harder time than notorious ones. Kratom withdrawals were in many respects just as bad as my heroin ones, and lasted longer. Only thing the heroin ones had on it was the constant diarrhea.

I've been using since I was 17. I'm 28 now. It's bad, but am trying to stop. The withdrawals are intense, but strangely enough feel worth it when I think of my new life afterwards.

A warmth in your body and a relaxed feeling of happiness and feeling content with life. (sadly it loses a lot of effectiveness with long term use)
Unlike alcohol it also doesn't make you feel super drugged or sedated, so you can still function on it and be productive.
It also doesn't cause hangovers so it's obviously easy to get addicted to.
