There's a reason why guns are extremely hard to acquire legally in Brazil. Despite what the other anon said up there, guns aren't illegal here, but it's hard for the average citizen to get their hands on them.
According to the article, the gun in the video was legally acquired and properly documented, which is surprising. The only people who own guns here are either cops or favelados.
