According to some (expert) poll I've forgotten the source for, 43% of freshman college women are virgins, and that drops off to about 22% by their sophomore year.

God gave me good genes. I just need money and a virgin. COVID fucked me, but not as badly as the other guys, and I imagine at least some of the indebted freshmen realized they could use their virginity as a bargaining chip to get out of debt. My old Spanish teacher (F) got married that way. Multiple kids, last we spoke.
