I just had my first Popeyes. It was alright, but their fries are very weird and I'm not sure I like them that much. KFC is better by a long shot.

As a tendies enjoyer Popeyes is definitely better than KFC, although Popeyes is hit or miss depending on location.
For fast food the best chicken tendies are:
