If the baby is dead and miscarried that's one thing. If a woman is raped, that's no reason to murder a baby. And if you consider it a fetus and not a baby, then there shouldn't be any restrictions at all and you shouldn't need to justify it with "well she was raped". The reason you need to mention that she was raped is to provide justification for the abortion, which wouldn't need to be justified if you didn't consider it murder yourself

We went through this a lot in uni but I never really understood how fucking stupid can a man or a woman be fucking without contraception. Is that hard to wear some rubber and take a pill? tbf abortion in anglo countries and the netherlands can be fucked up and highly immoral. here it's 12 weeks max, there it's 6 months, where the unborn can pretty much survive outside the womb. a premature birth gets induced, then they kill what comes out. not sucking out a peanut sized thing, but literally kill the unborn now born. i also have my doubts about this practise
