Why does English have four of them?
un-, ir-, in-, im-
Why not just use "un-" for everything?
>why does english have two indefinite articles
>a, an
>why not just use a for everything
I assume people just started saying them like that because it sounds good, maybe they were all just i- at first. Like ir- only happens with words that start with R, irregular, irrational, irrelevant, and im- with words that start with P (I think)
