do you use a logical system of units and measurements in your country or do you live in a retarded hellhole?

Then you just omit it but it's still better for organizing things. Many things in Japan with dates are listed like 8/6 or 7/13 with no year.

The European method is organized by the ephemicity of the number, that is logical

if the year is different, it's the most important number
if it isn't, you can drop it

if the year is the same but the month is different, it's the most important number
if it isn't, you can drop it

same with the day

retarded cope. why dont you do time as ss:mm:hh since seconds have the most ephemicity in time? you just like it because it's how you say it

The jew is obviously right. Just look at the kind of lamguage you use every day. You always mention the the weekday and the day of the month, sometimes the month itself and hardly at all what year it as that's obvious. In terms of time It's usually the hour you use the most (or things like midday, afternoon, etc.), then minutes to be more precise (e.g. 10 past X hour) and you hardly ever mention seconds irl.
